Organization of the entry visa application of the Arab and foreign delegations according to the following: 

Determining a sport delegation:

A sport delegation means Arab and foreign citizens wishing to visit Lebanon for the purpose of making sports competitions within a group, due to the demand of an institution or a sport club.

Required documents to obtain the visa of a sport delegation:

1.  The application of a sport delegation visa no matter what the number of the members of the delegation is shall be done, exclusively in the Secretariat of the regional services according to the head office or the address of the institution, by the latter or an association or a sport club.

2.  A letter from the Ministry of Youth and Sports about the expected program and the residence place of the delegation is necessary to be submitted under penalty of the rejection of the application.

3.  Accepting the applications of the institutions and sports clubs continues exceptionally through the Department of public relations.

4.  Copies of the hosting institutions documents ( register of commerce, circular of commerce)

5.   A list of all the sports delegation members made in five copies ( full name) date of birth, nationality, profession, sex, passport number in addition to the issuance date and validity.

6.  Copies of the delegation members passports.

7.  The engagement of the sports institution to assume full responsibility of the sports delegation all along their stay in Lebanon.

8.  The responsible of the institution submits a written statement of the expected program of the delegation and the necessary duration of the visit (activities, places, residence)

9.  The institution keeps the passports of all the delegation members within all the duration of their stay in Lebanon and gives them back to their holders only if necessary.

10. The decision is given within 48 hours of the application date.
