Entrance Visas / The Entrance of the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries Citizens and the Jordanian citizens

The citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries (Saudi Arabia – Kuwait - United Arab of Emirates – Bahrain- Qatar - Oman) in addition to the citizens of  the Jordanian Hashemite Kingdom  state (that are holding  the National Number on their passports) and who are coming for the purpose of tourism as well as their family members, servants and chauffeurs escorting them, are exempted from entrance visas according to the following:

 

Ø  The passports of the citizens of these countries as well as their family members, servants and chauffeurs accompanying them should be imprinted/traced with an entry stamp with the expression “three months” for free, at the airport, frontiers district and posts/offices.

Ø  The name, surname, and nationality of the employer are written on the passports of the servants and chauffeurs.

Ø  The visas validity period can be extended until one year for free at the General Directorate of the General Security - Arabs and Foreigners department- according to the rules accredited for such purposes.

Ø  The escorting servants and chauffeurs should hold a valid permit of residence in the country that the employer is related to.

Ø  Chauffeurs working for an employer are allowed to join their employer present in Lebanon by land, provided that the car is registered to the employer and that the chauffeur holds a valid permit of residence in the employer’s country.
