1- Attending in person the Directorate General of the General Security - Central Building 1 - Ground Floor - Operation Room - Chamber of complaints.

3- Filling a written complaint signed by the applicant, detailing the complaint object, full Identity of the applicant, his phone number, address and / or E-mail address and posting it in the Operation Room in an envelope containing the receipt delivered by the complaints Box.
