The necessary documents to ask for the approval of marriage of a Lebanese with a foreigner woman: 

 1 –certificate of marriage officially referred to the General Security Direction or by a letter of the legal court  

2 - A civil extract for the marriage claimant

3 - A copy of the passport  

4 - An attestation of celibacy from her country (single- divorced) 

5 - A copy of the valid sojourn in Lebanon  

Applications to lift the preventive mention so that the foreign spouse acquires the Lebanese nationality:  

1 - A copy of an executed marriage contract (true copy) 

2 - A copy of the civil extract in the name of the spouse 

3 - A copy of the spouse’ passport and a valid sojourn permit
