The General Directorate of General Security urges all Arab and foreign nationals in Lebanon, whose residency contradicts the law or who entered the country illegally or on “clandestine” manner, to visit the Regional General Security centers in order settle their condition, whether by giving them a yearly stay or ordering them to leave the country. They should bring along their passports and required fees as of March 1/2007 until May 31/2007.

This General Security also warns citizens against employing any Arab or foreign workers or servants in contrast with the rules, at the risk of legal pursuit.
