·   A Lebanese passport application form (yellow for one year – white for five years) which can be obtained from the JP ^(*) of registry or residence.

·   A new Lebanese identity card with a photograph with an A4 size copy of it, or an extract of Civil Registration with a photograph of maximum three months with an A4 size copy of it.

·   One recent, colored photograph, showing the entire face on a white background size 3.5 x 4.3 cm, that isn't a copy of a previous photo certified by the JP’s seal and signature and bearing the name of the person, his registry number and his place/address on its back.

·   The old passport, if available. This old passport will not be considered as a legal document sufficient on its own to accomplish the new passport. All above mentioned conditions will still be required.

·   60000 L.L for one year.

·   300000 L.L for five years.

·   The charges of paid services will be collected for every application presented at the public relations department or sent to it through the Operation Room according to the following:

-     Regular 105.000 L.L on every passport.

-      Immediate, Direct 105.000 L.L on every withdrawal or issuance of passport executed via the Operation Room.

·   A new 2003 type passport (blue) will be granted to a Lebanese person abroad.

Renewal of the passports abroad

·   Former Type: One year.

·   New Type: one year or five years.

 * JP: Justice of the peace or commissioner of declarations , it is the judicial officer elected in each district authorized to witness and sign statutory declarations and provide various application forms for official procedures.
