An application form of the Lebanese passport ( the yellow color for one year – the white color for five years) which can be obtained from the Quarter Mayor of registry or residence.

         A new Lebanese identification card with a photograph as well as a photocopy of it on a paper size A4, or an extract of Civil  Registration with a photograph not older than three months and a photocopy of it on a paper size A4.
        

    One recent, colored photograph, showing the face completely on a white background size 3.5 x 4.3 cm, not a copy of a previous photo, and certified by the Mayor’s seal and signature after writing the name of the concerned person, his registry number and his place/address.

         The old passport, if available, where this old passport will not be considered as a legal document enough to achieve the new passport but the all above mentioned conditions must be fulfilled. 

         60000  L.L for one year.

         300000 L.L for five years.

      The fees, charges on hireling services are receipted on every application presented at the public relations department or incoming to it trough the security chamber according to the following:

-  Normal, regular 70.000 L.L on every passport.

- Instantaneous, Immediate, Direct 105.000 L.L on every passport executed via the Security Chamber.  

     - The new passport (model 2003) is not granted to a Lebanese individual    living abroad, and any Lebanese passport is not renewed from whatever model it belongs to by the Lebanese delegations abroad but a passport of the old model  is granted.
