An application form of the Lebanese passport from the type enclosed (click here) this can be obtained from the Quarter Mayor of registry or residence.

 A new Lebanese identification Card with a photograph as well as a photocopy of it on a paper size A4, or an extract of Civil  Registration with a photograph not older than three months and a photocopy of it on a paper size A4

 One recent, colored photograph, showing the face completely on a white background size 3.5 x 4.3 cm, not a copy of a previous photo, and certified by the Mayor’s seal and signature after writing the name of the concerned person, his registry number and his place/address.

 The old passport, if available, where this old passport will not be considered as a legal document enough to achieve the new passport but the all above mentioned conditions must be fulfilled.

 Both signature and approval of the parents should be obligatory obtained on the application in the presence of the Mayor who certifies the signatures of each one of the parents individually, or a functionary of the General Security at the regional departments who receives the application and certifies the signatures.

 In case of the decease of both parents or one of them, or in the case of divorce or abandonment, the entitled party to give permission for traveling and signing the application are the legitimate trustee, the legal attorney who hold a explicit proxy or power of attorney for such purposes or the holder of the custody rights pursuant to a legal paper issued by the legal competent authorities.

         The legal fee : 60000 L.L.  for one year.

                         : 300000 L.L.  for five years.

The fees, charges on hireling services are receipted on every application presented at the public relations department or incoming to it trough the security chamber according to the following:

      -  Normal, regular 70.000 L.L on every passport.

     - Instantaneous, Immediate, Direct 105.000 L.L on every passport executed via the Security Chamber.

 In case that the persons holding the right of signature are abroad, a traveling permission certified by the Lebanese delegation abroad should be presented or through a competent Notary Pubic in the country where there aren't any Lebanese diplomatic representation, certified by the local authorities provided that the date of the application arrangement does not exceed the period of three months.

            The minor wife or husband does not need to obtain a traveling permission.
