·       A Lebanese passport application form that can be obtained from the JP ^(*) of registry or residence.

·      Specimen N. (2).

·      One recent, colored photograph, showing the entire face on a white background size 3.5 x 4.3 cm, that isn't a copy of a previous photo certified by the JP’s seal and signature and bearing the name of the person, his registry number and his place/address on its back.

·      The old passport, if available. This old passport will not be considered as a legal document sufficient on its own to accomplish the new passport. All above mentioned conditions will still be required.

60000 L.L. for 1 year - 300000 L.L. for 3 years.

The fields concerning the JP’s are to be filled by the competent offices at the military institutions to which the applicant is appendant. 

* JP: Justice of the peace or commissioner of declarations , it is the judicial officer elected in each district authorized to witness and sign statutory declarations and provide various application forms for official procedures.
