Ø One recent, colored photograph, showing the face completely on a white background size 3.5 x 4.3 cm, not a copy of a previous photo, and certified by the Mayor’s seal and signature after writing the name of the concerned person, his registry number and his place/address.
Ø The old passport, if available, where this old passport will not be considered as a legal document enough to achieve the new passport but the all above mentioned conditions must be fulfilled.
The fiscal fee legally confined
60000 L.L. for 1 year
300000 L.L. for 3 years.
The fields concerning the Mayor’s job are to be filled by the competent offices at the military institutions to which the applicant of the passport is appendant
