Investors and businessmen possessing temporary residence for six months and who have initiated investments projects in Lebanon, can present an application to the General Directorate of the General Security to obtain a yearly or permanent residence valid for a period of three years and renewable
Ø A passport valid at least for a period of one year (for the yearly residence) and valid for three years (for the permanent residence), or an Identification card with a return coupon if he is Syrian.
Ø An attestation from the competent departments in his country to prove his professional function.
Ø An attestation from the competent Lebanese departments to prove that he has initiated investments projects in Lebanon.
Ø To fill personally the residence application and to sign it before the competent functionary in the regional department.
Ø Three new colored photos, size 4*4.
The fee of the permanent residence is equivalent to three times the fee of the annual residence
