- The residence application form filled personally and signed before the competent personnel at the regional department.
- Copy of the family civil registration for the employer when the application is for a domestic worker.
- A photocopy of the employer's identity card when the application is for a worker.

The fees, charges on paid services will be collected for every application presented at the public relations department or incoming to it trough the Operation Room according to the following:
- Normal, regular 105.000 L.L on every residence permit.
- Immediate, Direct 105.000 L.L on the residence permit executed via the Operation Room.
When one of the Arabic or Foreigner citizens presents a work permit valid for two years in order to obtain a residence permit, he is granted a residence permit valid for one year, and the same work permit is valid for the renewal of the residence permit for the second year, according to the current applied regulations.
The Arabic or Foreigner loses his right in the yearly residence permit if the sum of his periods of residence outside Lebanon exceeds the period of six months.
