Ø  To possess a work visa valid for a period not less than six months jointly with a work contract certified by the Notary Public.

Ø  That the applicant of the residence should hold the Lebanese nationality in addition to his own nationality or to be from a Lebanese origin.

Ø  The applicant of the residence should be a father or a mother of a Lebanese.

Ø  The mother of applicant of the residence should be Lebanese provided that he is under the responsibility of his mother if he is under 18 years of age or in an education stage.

Ø  That the female applicant of the residence should be the wife of a Lebanese man or that the male applicant of the residence should be the husband of a Lebanese woman.

Ø  That the applicant of the residence should be affiliated to a university or diurnal college in Lebanon.

Ø  That the applicant of the residence should be a devoted religion man.

Ø  The applicant of the residence should prove that his monthly salary is not less than three million Lebanese pounds or to confirm by the means of a bank saving book that he is the owner a balance not less than one hundred million Lebanese pounds in one of the active banks in Lebanon, the account is frozen for more than three months jointly with a commitment implemented at the Notary Public of not performing any hireling jobs in Lebanon in addition to a lease contract or title deed.

Ø  That the female applicant of the residence should be the wife of a Palestinian refugee in Lebanon Since the year 1948, or to the holder a card under consideration.

Ø  That the applicant of the residence should be a permanent functionary or employee or contracting for a period not less than one year at one of the Diplomatic delegations in Lebanon.

- Processing time:

Ø  The execution time of the yearly residence is one week commencing from the date of presenting the application at the Regional Department.
