51- The residence permits are granted & renewed for those who entered during the year of 2002 and before provided they fulfill the mentioned terms for every category of the articles b  concerning the conditions for granting the academic residence permit for the religion students) and (the article 24 of the rules of granting entrance visas for clergymen, the religion students, the volunteers and the preachers). As for those who entered during the year of 2003 according to touristic visas, they should leave within a period of one month from the current date and return according to the conditions previously mentioned.

52-  If it has been proven that the religion student, the volunteer, the preacher or the clergyman have performed any activity not mentioned in the engagement, the residence permit will be withdrawn from him and will be obliged to leave the country and to return according to the residence's common terms and regulations for work.

53- The religion student, the volunteer, the preacher or the clergyman who are bachelors are not allowed to marry a Lebanese female during his residence in Lebanon. In the case of violation, the residence permit will be withdrawn from him and will be obliged to leave.

 

 

The legal fee

The residence fees similar to that of the students are receipted from the religion students mentioned above. 

 The normal residence fees (without  work) are receipted from the clergymen, the volunteers and preachers.

The provision terms of this memorandum is also applied on the female religion students, the nuns, the female preachers and female volunteers.
