Required documents

-   The Identity cards of the concerned parties regarding Palestinian refugees in Lebanon.

-   A civil extract for the mother, a civil extract of every child or a civil extract of the mother, mentioning the names of the children provided it bears a family photo not exceeding three months.

-   A Ration card, if he/she is registered in UNRWA or a certificate of UNRWA stating he/she does not a record there.

-   A certificate of residence from the JP with photos of two witnesses’ Identity cards.

-   Four family photos size 4*4 cm bearing the JP’s stamp.

-   The former certificate (if any).

-   The certificate of marriage of three years or five years for the applicant holding an UNRWA Ration card.

-   A travel certificate of one year is granted for the person who is not registered in UNRWA and is registered in the Directorate of Refugees Affairs.

-   A travel permit issued by the father not exceeding one month.

Fees

-   A Palestinian travel document (one year) 60.000 L.L.

-   A Palestinian travel document (three years) 180.000 L.L.

-   A Palestinian travel document (five years) 300.000 L.L.
