·  An identification and residence certificate issued by the JP ^(*) along with two witnesses and the photocopy of their identity cards.

The charges on paid services are collected on every application presented at the Public Relations department or sent to it through the Operation Room according to the following:

·  Regular 70.000 L.L on every document.

·  Immediate 105.000 L.L on every document executed via the Operation Room.
