The damaged traveling document or the clear parts of it are presented and in the case of a total wear then the application is presented on the basis of a lost traveling document.
The petitioner of the request is subjected to an inquiry investigation in the local where the application is presented in order to clarify the causes of the wear.
After issuing the approval, the concerned individual attends the regional department along with all the required documents in order to obtain a new traveling document.

Ø A Ration card or a certificate from the UNRWA stating that he is not registered.
Ø An identification and residence certificate issued by the Quarter Mayor along with the testimony of two witnesses including the photocopy of the identity card of each witness.
