An identification card is bestowed to the Palestinian resident on the Lebanese territory without the identification documents.  

• The necessary documents to receive a card of identification: 

-     A facts’ document to be duly filled before the representative center of the Palestinian Liberation organization in Lebanon   

-     A certificate of identification and residence of the Mayor of the locality or an attestation of identification of the representative center of the Palestinian Liberation organization in Lebanon  

-     3 recent colour photos for the whole face with a white background of 4.3*3.5 cm which are not withdrawn from a previous photo, legalized by the Mayor’s signature and seal or by the representative center, after the registration of the concerned party’s name, provided one of such photos is attached by the competent employee at the regional centre, in the specific setting and the two other ones will be attached to the request.  

-     A fiscal stamp of one thousand Lebanese pounds  

• The identification card is considered valid for one year as its issuance date. As soon as the concerned party presents a request to receive a new card after the expiration of the former card, the same aforesaid instructions will be applied.  

• In the case of loss or damages of the identification card, the same instructions concerning the loss or damages of sojourn permit - category under consideration (allegation before the Prosecution General Department, an announcement in a newspaper on 3 copies, a minute of investigation and examination….) 

- Note: No request will be accepted after the passage of one month of being registered before the representative center of the Palestinian Liberation organization in Lebanon
