1- The requested documents to obtain an "artist" visa:

• A filled out application.
• An engagement of guarantee.
• A work contract dated and signed by the 2 interested parties, in which the date and the duration of the shows are mentioned as well as the remuneration granted to the artist.
• An agreement between convener and the owner of the location where the show is held.
• A financial guarantee of 2,000,000 L.L. for each artist.
• An investment permit, a financial and commercial register of the concerned enterprise.
• A certified copy of the ID card held by convener (as well as a copy of the ID card held by the representative and the proxy used).
• A certified copy of the passport held by the artist in 3 clear copies.
• 2 photos 4x4.
• 2 information applications.
• 4 fiscal stamps of 1,000 L.L.
• The official stamp of the enterprise.
• A receipt showing that a 10% fee has been paid to the Artists’ Mutual Fund, as well as a certified copy of the work contract approved by the ministry of finance (except for the workers employed in modeling, massaging, and nightclubs).

2- The fees and costs:

• 350,000 L.B.P – every month for each artist if the location of the show is class B (1 or 2 stars).
• 700,000 L.B.P – every month for each artist if the location of the show is class A (3 stars or more).

NB: Before the departure of the artist, a financial register has to be delivered to the general security.
