First: Instructions

11- Arab and foreign nationals are granted a six-month multiple-entry residency permit based on a bank statement from an open account at one of the Lebanese banks.

12- Applications from concerned individuals are accepted at the secretariats of regional centers upon a “request to the Director General,” and a paid service fee is charged.

13- Only the account holder(s) whose names appear in the bank statement may benefit from these instructions. No residency application is accepted for anyone else on the same basis.

14- The following persons are not eligible for these instructions:

• Those who have been given an order to leave the country
• Holders of work residence permits of all types (work permit grace period, annual or permanent work residency of all categories, temporary one-year residency based on a work responsibility undertaking)

Second: Required Documents

21- A valid identification document for the applicant, with two colored copies. The copies are to be certified by the head of the center after comparison, and the original document is returned to the applicant.

22- A notarized declaration from a notary public stating that the applicant will not engage in any paid work.

23- A bank statement showing a minimum balance of 1.5 billion Lebanese pounds (or its equivalent in foreign currency according to the “Sayrafa” platform), along with a bank-certified account statement for the last three months for the opened account.
