First:
A new mechanism has been adopted for granting entry visas to nationals of labor-sending countries, particularly with respect to the submission of nominal lists by Lebanese missions abroad (India – Cairo – Alexandria – Khartoum – Accra – Abuja – Abidjan – Lagos – Ghana – Nigeria – Côte d’Ivoire). These lists shall include the names of applicants requesting entry visas to Lebanon in order to obtain approval from the General Directorate of General Security (within 72 hours).
 

Second:
If a traveler from labor-sending countries arrives holding a visa issued by a Lebanese mission abroad and the visa is not registered in the electronic system, entry shall not be permitted unless the Office of Nationality, Passports and Foreigners is consulted to verify the validity of the visa, within one week from the date of issuance.
If the aforementioned deadline is exceeded without the visa being registered, the traveler shall be returned on the same flight and the visa shall be deemed invalid.
