1. The applicants must hand out the following :
 

• A bank statement that points out a blocked account of an amount that is at least equal to 150 000 000 L.B.P, at any Lebanese banks, that goes back to 3months at the least. This statement must be signed by the concerned bank.

•  A leasing contract or a title deed, as well as investment contracts

• A copy of the professional license and any valid accreditation for public personalities such as ministers, or judges, ambassadors or members of the parliament

• A salary attestation that points out a monthly salary ceritfied by the bank, condition (rent or ownership statement).

• An extract of the commercial register for enterprise owners, as well as a copy of the title deed, or any other document that underlines investments held by this company

• Certain cases are submitted to the decision of the bureau’s director, or that of the public relations’ department, depending on the case in hand (disease, handicap, etc.). The visa is however granted by the director of the department of naturalization, passports, and foreigners.

• When it comes to individuals that do not work, the above-mentioned documents can be provided by the guarantor, in virtue of his engagement established via a notary. He is also then responsible for the costs that are associated with the above-mentioned service.
  
  - The copies must be clear, and certified, the name and signature of the employer must also be on these documents.

• The following documents should also be handed out :

1. A copy of the title deed, or an attestation of residence granted by the mayor underlining the place and surface of residence
2. A table of social security  
3. An attestation of profession, or an attestation of salary for those who are not registered in social security
4. An extract of family register when it comes to married people
5. An attestation of residence if the interested party is not married
